FOOD: Brunch

One of my dearest friends from high school, Antonia, is of Italian blood. Therefore when she issues you an invitation to brunch you put on your best elastic wasted pants and prepare your taste buds for a treat.




Why hello caramelized Nectarines!


We reminisced about times gone by, eating pancakes at her family’s beach house in Queensland. That was the first time I ever attempted to surf and I was terrible at it. On every tiny wave that Toni would push me off, I would just roll down the side of the board like an uncoordinated seal. But at least I could come back to some tasty food to drown my sorrows.


I even had converts to coconut yogurt- a current obsession of mine…
