You will need:
1/2-3/4 cup coconut butter
1 block (approx 100g) Vegan White chocolate
1 cup organic brown rice puffs
1/2 cup organic dried cranberries
1/2 cup organic dried bluberries
1/2 cup organic pistachios
1/2 cup organic dried coconut
Melt the chocolate and coconut butter over a medium heat. In a separate bowl mix all remaining ingredients. Pour the chocolate mixture over the top and mix in. Place into a lined brownie tin and leave in the freezer until solid.
